Cartons. Selling of a product is carried out on pallets and without them.
MARKS:
According to the rules accepted on a manufacturer for export deliveries.

According to the price-list
PAYMENT:
100% prepayment
DELIVERING:
EXW, CPT or in coordination with the buyer (Incoterms 2000) by any kind of transportation.
VOLUME of DELIVERY:
From one up to six 20’ ton containers or from one up to three 40’ ton containers in a month.

TERM of DELIVERY:
on volume of the order till 30 days from the date of payment
PROCEDURES:
The buyer directs on E-mail the order with the following information:
- quantity of bottles and a kind of packing;
- destination
- full legal and bank information;
2. Within 3 working days the seller directs to the buyer on E-mail the Contract on delivery;
3. After returning by the Buyer of the signed Contract the Seller directs to the Buyer Invoice for payment;
4. The buyer is obliged to pay to the ordered Goods within 5 bank days;
5. The seller makes delivery of the Goods according to conditions of the concluded Contract.
IN ADDITION:
-We give the necessary information on a product and a manufacturer.
-We coordinate design of a product with the buyer. We put any additional information on a underside of a
bottle if it is necessary in the country of the importer. The information can be put in any necessary language.
-We provide customs registration in item of shipment.
-We prepare all necessary documents on production: certificates of conformity, certificates of an origin
on each party of production, the certificate of quality.
